Returns Terms and Conditions
We understand sometimes an item just doesn’t look right and doesn’t work for you so you want to return it and get your money back, we have no issues with that. As long as the item is still in its original state. I.E It’s in the original condition it was delivered to you. Under the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a statutory right to return or cancel an order within 28days of you receiving your items. We hope you love all the items you receive from us, however, if you don’t, or if it doesn’t fit right, you have the right to return them through your accounts platform. All UK returns are free.
Returned as New (Original Condition)
Our staff and customer hygiene is super important to us so we are strict with the returns of certain items.
- For hygiene reasons facemasks cannot be returned
- Once the seal has been opened on fashion & cosmetics products or jewellery, these items can no longer be returned.
- We please ask you try lingerie and swimwear over your own underwear and ensure to keep the seal intact If the seals are tampered with or broken when items are returned we reserve the right to reject the return.
Faulty Goods
We are really sorry we sent you a faulty item so that we can get this resolved please get in touch with us through your accounts platform and we will endeavour to resolve the issue ASAP.
You can also send us an email through contact us, we will, however, need the following information.
- Your Order name
- Order number
- Product name and code
- Picture of the fault
- Description of the fault

If you contact us via contact us, we will request the images in a separate email.
Cancelling your order under the consumer contracts regulations
Customers in the EEA, you have 14 days to cancel your order with us, you have two weeks from the day you receive the final item from your order. If you intend to cancel your order before or after you’ve received it, please do so in your accounts section or by filling out the returns & cancellation form on our website, alternatively, you can notify us of your cancellation by sending us an email to care@attir.co.uk
If you’ve already received your items and you choose to cancel the order you’ll need to return all received items to us before we can process your cancellation, Items need to be returned to us in a new and unused condition, refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
International Returns and Cancellations
Although UK returns are free, international returns need to be paid for by the customer, like UK customers you also have 14 days to return your item to us from the day you received it, if you do need to return any item please make sure it is returned using a tracked service, evidence of the return will need to be sent to us
When will I receive my refund payment?
All refunds will be processed once we have received your items at our warehouse, please allow 14days from the delivery date for us to process your return, we will endeavour to process all refunds ASAP?
Would you wear items after someone has been out in it?
For most, the answer would be no, if we suspect your account for breaching our honest buyer policy we have the right to suspend you from our shop. What do we mean by Honest buyer? If we suspect an unusual pattern of returns from your account, for example, we suspect you’ve been purchasing and actually wearing/using the items then returning them after use, we have the right to hand you a warning and deactivate your account and any other accounts associatedto you. If we suspect you’ve been following a similar pattern to benefit you or an affiliate we have the right to deactivate yours and the affiliate’s accounts. If we make a mistake you have a right to appeal our decision.
